History:
Made during the height
of its popularity, this original was adorned with a delicate floral
pattern engraved on the outside, and was enameled in green and white. The
poesy “faithles to none, yet faithfull to one” is engraved on the inside
in traditional old English spelling. Genuine, Museum Authorized Reproduction
hand-cast by the lost-wax method in the US.
