History: Adapted from William Morris’ book of poetry located at the
Victoria and Albert Museum, London. 19th Century Morris, along with Dante
Gabriel Rosetti and David Burne Jones were deeply in love with Medievalism
and interpreted the design and methods of working during the Medieval
period into a new artistic movement in the late 1800’s which became known
as Pre-Raphelite. “Love is Enough” is styled from the Medieval alphabet
developed by Morris at the Kelmscott Press for the Kelmscott Chaucer in
the late 1800’s. Genuine, Museum Authorized Reproduction
hand-cast by the lost-wax method
and finished
in the US.
