History:
French for “My Heart you have,” this ring is dated to the 15th century and can
be found in the collection of the Ashmolean
Museum in Oxford, England. The original of this 15th century ring is
inscribed in period French, the letter “o” in the word “Coeur” replaced by
a heart. The necklace design is an adaptation of the letterforms, while
the ring is a modern replica of its original counterpart. The Ashmolean
Museum is itself an ancient institution. Founded in 1683, it was the first
public museum in Britain. Genuine, Museum Authorized Reproduction
