History:
This bangle is fashioned
after it's 15th Century counterpart poesy ring. The original poesy ring
can be found at the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, England. The
incription “pencez de moy,” translates as, “think of me,”
and is written in period
French spelling and a Lombardic script. The bracelet and necklace are
adaptations using the script and decoration of the original ring.
