Terms: Please mail your item so we receive it within 30 days of the order ship date. Items received after 30 days are not eligible for refund. Refunds for eligible items will incur a 15% fee. (Return Policy)

Restrictions: ring boxes, clearance items, pendant boxes, gold and platinum items are not eligible for refund.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificate purchases of return-able items are eligible for store credit only.

Product Condition: We reserve our right to decline your refund request, if the item is obviously damaged/mis-shaped beyond repair. Tarnish/discoloration is not considered damage.

Turn around time: Typically, we issue refunds within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please allow your bank an additional processing time to credit your account.

How to Package: We do not accept responsibility for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Please pad/protect your item accordingly.

Suggested Shipping: USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation AND Insurance; or UPS/FedEx Ground. Please adjust the insurance value accordingly.

Gift Recipients: will receive store credit. If you do not have the order #, simply enter the name of the person who bought it.
