Tout Pour Bien French Poesy Ring

History: This beautiful gold ring is formed from a hoop diagonally engraved and enameled with flowers and leaves. Bands of white enamel with four flowers alternate with bands of three enameled flowers to form a pattern resembling a wreath. On the interior is inscribed a French posey “tout pour bien” which translates “for all that is good.” Although, this ring is thought by scholars to be English in Origin.
